It comes in many forms… Accountability Partner, Coach, Mentor, MasterMind, Network/Networking, Group, Club, Organization, Movement, etc., It's even in the Bible. 

The following quote/proverb sums it up perfectly...

If you want to go far, go together. Meaning: When you work alone or on your own, you have the luxury of not having to wait for anyone or needing anyone's approval to get things done, thus you are able to work fast. But the question is how far can you go in life working alone? Going far requires the support of others.
